A New Affordable Picosecond Streak Camera

September, 2006 -- Axis Photonique has developed a new compact streak camera for general use. This streak camera is an essential tool in a laser laboratory to easily measure visible and IR light pulses on the picosecond time scale for a reasonnable investment. It features a 3-picosecond resolution at maximum sweep speed and is well suited for:

  • laser metrology and beam synchronization
  • fluorescence measurements
  • and other applications
The X-ray/XUV version is under development.
